23.1 is a repeat of the Open workout 14.4 and is a 14minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible) 

TIPS AND TRICKS

MANAGE FATIGUE

You want to make sure you are managing your fatigue, especially grip fatigue, throughout the workout. Don't go off to hot on the rower especially as you have toes to bar straight after

BE REGIMENTED WITH BREAKS

Break up your reps early and be regimented with the breaks you have between. Stay close to the rig/barbell and count yourself down so you don't end up wasting too much time.

WARM UP YOUR GYMNASTICS

It's really important you warm up your gymnastics especially as the workout has such high skill movements. If you're not used to doing the movements under fatigue, they are going to be tough and so familiarising yourself with the movement pattern before starting is a good idea.
